The annual sports meet of Laxmi Memorial College of Physiotherapy was held from 15th to 19th April 2022. It was a great platform where the students displayed their spirit of sportsmanship. A total of 480 students from all years of Bachelors as well as Masters of Physiotherapy joined together to form teams under the able leadership of the sports captains headed by Mr. Sharath Raja, Secretary, Sports Committee (Students Council) and under the guidance of the Dr. Vishnu K Nair, Assistant Professor, Sports Coordinator, LMCP, Mr. Harish Gowda, Physical Director, LMEP and Dr. Sanjay Eapen Samuel, Professor, Principal, LMCP.
Various indoor and outdoor sports were conducted efficiently by the organizing committee and volunteers consisting of final year students of Bachelor of physiotherapy, this was indeed a golden opportunity for them to build their leadership and organization skills. On all the days, the four teams, named after the Greek Gods, Athena, Artemis, Ares and Zeus, played every sport with great zeal and enthusiasm and won many prizes for their respective teams.
