A memorandum of understanding was signed between Laxmi Memorial College of Physiotherapy and Department of Physical Education, Mangalore University on 14th February 2023 in order to establish research and academic co operations in areas of mutual interest. The Sports Science Laboratory of Mangalore University was inaugurated on the same occasion. Prof. P.S Yadapadithaya, Vice Chancellor of Mangalore University, Dr. Gerald D’souza, Chairman, Department of Physical Education, Professor Kishore Kumar C K, Registrar, Mangalore University along with Dr. Sanjay Eapen Samuel, Principal and Dr. Harish S Krishna , Professor, Laxmi Memorial College of Physiotherapy graced the occasion. The students of Laxmi Memorial College of Physiotherapy and Department of Physical Education, Mangalore University participated in the program. Laxmi Memorial College of Physiotherapy is constituent college of AJ Group of Institutions, of which Dr. A J Shetty is President, Shri Prashanth Shetty Vice President and Dr. Abhilash P V is Public Relation Officer.
